Registration Fees

A commitment fee of $675 (non-refundable) is due upon registration for all new students. Current students are required to pay a $500(non-refundable) re-enrollment fee, due March 11, 2016.

All new families must enroll with FACTS Management to complete the registration process. Families with incoming freshman and upperclassmen siblings, please contact the Finance Office at ext. 307 so we can assist in incorporating the students to one FACTS account.

All upperclassmen will be automatically re-enrolled with FACTS Management. You will receive an email from FACTS in April confirming the active agreement for the 2016-2017 school year.

Tuition Payment Plan

Tuition for the 2017-2018 school year is $12,000.

Tuition Payment options are as follows:

  • Single Payment of $12,000- on or before July 5, 2017- FACTS fee of $0.00
  • Two Payment Plan of $6,050- First payment due on or before July 5, 2017 and the second payment due on or before November 5, 2017- FACTS fee of $10.00
  • 4 Month Payment Plan of $3.037.50– FACTS fee of $43.00. Payments are due on or before:
    • July 5, 2017
    • October 5, 2017
    • January 5, 2018
    • March 5, 2018
  • Monthly Payment Plan of $1,220/month – Ten payments beginning in July, 2017 thru April, 2018- FACTS fee of $43.00

Registration will not be complete until a FACTS account has been set up for the student. Enrollment with FACTS can be completed safely and securely online at: http://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4HH61

In July St. Rose will post additional school and course fees for all families to the FACTS account. The billing will come directly from FACTS for additional fees and will be posted to accounts for review July 19, 2016, as the schools billing agents, and will be deducted from your account on August 11, 2016. You will receive an email from FACTS as notification that the fees have been added. St. Rose will also send an instant alert letting you know of the billing. No invoices will be sent unless requested. Upon remittance of these fees, students and parents may view schedule online through the parent portal.

Tuition Assistance Grant

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Rose High School for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year. Families of students of the Class of 2021 applying for financial grants will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment No Later than November 18, 2016. Applicants can apply online by clicking on the following FACTS link, https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.

Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.

Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.

Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
